The One Eastside tower in Birmingham has reached a major milestone, topping out at its full 51 storeys. The structure will be one of the tallest residential buildings in the West Midlands when it completes later this year.
Developed by Court Collaboration with design by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the scheme includes both the main tower and an adjacent 16-storey building as part of the wider Eastside regeneration area near the future HS2 terminus.
With structural work complete, internal finishes, cladding, and landscaping will progress in early 2026 ahead of the building's opening, helping to meet demand for high-quality city living in Birmingham.
