The Viadux development in Manchester is moving forward with its second phase after the successful completion of the first 40-story residential tower. The new phase includes plans for a 76-story tower, which will combine residential apartments with a hotel, alongside a smaller 23-story residential building.
The project is being developed by Salboy and designed by SimpsonHaugh, and it forms part of Manchester's ongoing city-centre regeneration. The scheme aims to provide modern, high-quality homes whilst adding significant height and density to the city skyline - reflecting the city's growing demand for urban living.
Construction of this phase is already underway, and the development is expected to being hundreds of new homes, along with hotel accommodation and some retail space at ground level. Viadux will help support Manchester's drive toward sustainable, mixed-use city living, offering both residents and visitors more amenities in a central, connected location.
